About Meredith

Hi! I'm Meredith!

 

With over 20 years of coaching experience and helping others reveal their potential, I’ve built a career around guiding individuals to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident at every stage of life. My full-time coaching journey began in 2011, starting with volunteering at a local gym, which lead to a part time coaching gig. I have a genuine passion for movement and wellness. Over time, I earned a series of certifications, which now include Certified Personal Trainer, Pre- and Post-Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Menopause Coaching Specialist, and Nutrition Coach.

I specialize in helping women navigate life’s transitions—whether it’s pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, or simply striving to feel better in their own skin. My approach is grounded in making sustainable changes that align with your lifestyle, values, and goals. From developing and improving movement patterns, to building strength and optimizing nutrition, I focus on creating personalized solutions with a step-by-step action plan that works for the long haul.

My philosophy centers on education, connection, and balance. I’m here to help you cut through the noise, ditch the quick fixes, and build strategies that support you to thrive in the years ahead. Whether it’s lifting weights, learning to trust your core again postpartum, or finding energy and strength during menopause, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, training for my next trail run, or creating content to inspire women to move more, stay strong, and discover the possibilities ahead.
