Infinity Movement

I’m here to help women build strength, confidence, and resilience through every phase of life. Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, recovering postpartum, navigating menopause, just getting started, or simply aiming to feel your best, my approach is rooted in education, support, and a deep understanding of women’s health. 


As a Women’s Health Coach, I meet you where you are: this includes everything from core and pelvic floor recovery to strength training, mobility, and preparation for new fitness milestones, all tailored to support your current season of life. Nutrition coaching is also a key part of my work. I take a functional, sustainable approach to nutrition and metabolism, helping women fuel their bodies in ways that support energy, hormones, muscle maintenance, and long-term health. I help you understand how your body is working on a deeper level. Together, we can apply strategies that make a difference.


My mission is to provide clear: provide actionable tools to help you move better, feel stronger, and create a healthy lifestyle that lasts. Infinity Movement is a space to lift, learn, and connect with other women who are on similar journeys. Together, we focus on the process and progress, so you can thrive at every stage of life.

I understand that flexibility and accessibility are key to staying consistent and feeling supported. Whether you're working 1:1, in a group, or at your own pace, you'll find options designed to fit your life.



Private Training: In-gym, Home, Virtual.
 

Monthly Online Programming: Customized training plans tailored to your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.
 

Small Group Training: Supportive 1:1 style coaching with 4-6 women.
 

Self-Paced Online Programs: A combination of movement and nutrition guidance to help you stay on track, wherever you are.

IN the Community

I am committed to supporting the well-being of our community and being a part of your journey to better health. To make my services even more accessible, I offer a yearly Sponsorship and Scholarship.

Additionally, I’m available for seminars, and volunteer events, where I share valuable insights on fitness, wellness, and women’s health.
